Description
Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas Deane Taylor Storyboard Original Art Group of 5 (Touchstone/Disney, 1993). Deane Taylor was the art director for Tim Burton's A Nightmare Before Christmas. The look of that film has been incorporated into teenage Goth culture ever since, thanks to him. Offered in this lot are five original storyboards. A storyboard is a graphic representation of how a film will unfold, shot by shot. In creating a motion picture with any degree of fidelity to a script, a storyboard provides a visual layout of events as they are to be seen through the camera lens. These storyboards are attributed to the hand of Deane Taylor. As well as being the art director for The Nightmare Before Christmas, Taylor also worked on Cow and Chicken and Ren and Stimpy. The storyboards were rendered in pen and marker on 12 field animation paper. Included is a Certificate of Authenticity issued by Movie Maniacs and signed by Deane Taylor. Minor edge wear and smudges from normal production use and handling. Condition is Very Good.Auction Info
