Description

Jackson "Butch" Guice Action Comics #703 Cover Zero Hour Original Art (DC, 1994). Superman finds himself between realities on this powerful cover from the Zero Hour event. But what makes this piece interesting is the fact that the figure of Lois Lane is not what appeared on the printed version -- while she is crouched on the original art, she is in mid-stride on the printed cover. The change was likely an editorial decision created with separate artwork and stats, making this a truly unique piece. Ink over graphite and blue pencil on DC cover stock Bristol board with an image area of 9.75" x 15". Light smudging and signed and personalized by Guice in the lower image area. In Excellent condition.
