Zip Comics #8 (MLJ, 1940) CGC VG- 3.5 Off-white pages. Charles Biro was known for his wild Golden Age action covers and this bondage, torture, severed head cover featuring Steel Sterling is no exception. Biro along with Irv Novick and Mort Meskin contribute to the inside art. CGC notes, "Tape on cover." Overstreet 2021 VG 4.0 value = $394. CGC census 9/21: 2 in 3.5, 19 higher.
