Description
James Swinnerton Little Jimmy Sunday Comic Strip Original Art (King Features Syndicate, 1914). This large Sunday original was created in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 14.5" x 19.5". There is partial watercolor work as a printer's reference guide. Each character and location was colored once, in its first appearance, for the printer to use as a guide for any appearance later in this strip. There are pinholes in the margins.
