Martha Orr Apple Mary Sunday Comic Strip Original Art dated 1-22-1939 (Publishers Syndicate, 1939). Apple Mary was the main star of this series that eventually transformed into Mary Worth. Created in ink over graphite on two sections of Bristol board with a combined image area of 18.75" x 24.75". The sections are joined by tape on the reverse side.
