Description
Harvey Kurtzman Playboy October-1962 "Little Annie Fanny" Story Pages 1-3 Color Guide Production Art (HMH, 1962). From Little Annie Fanny's first ever appearance! These preliminary color studies were created by Kurtzman for Bill Elder to use when working on the final pages. Created in watercolor/tempera over graphite on 7.5" x 10.5" textured Bristol board. Page 1 and Page 3 both have a paste-up panel affixed directly to the board. Toned and in Very Good condition.From the Personal Collection of Bill Elder. Certificate of Authenticity from Heritage Auctions.
