Description

Hong Kong McDonaldland Mural Layout Drawing Original Art by Wes Cook (McDonald's/Setmakers, 1979). Exceptional one-of-a-kind Wes Cook original McDonaldland mural drawing done for a McDonald's Hong Kong location. It was drawn on 12/17/76, over 40 years ago. This mural showcases Ronald McDonald, Mayor McCheese, Officer Big Mac, Gobblins, Apple Pie Trees, and the Hamburger Patch. Thick Shake Volcanoes, Train Trestle, and the Golden Arches Bridge are also in this detailed piece of artwork. Graphite on paper measuring 15" x 42". This is the published original for a hand-painted mural, with a Wes Cook signature on the bottom border. The detail of this artwork is amazing. It is no wonder his career took him to become a Walt Disney theme park Imagineer. Minor handling wear. Very Good condition.
