Klaus Janson The Punisher #3 Cover Original Art (Marvel, 1987). The Punisher experiences a bit of road rage... to the extreme! As the vigilante exchanges gunfire with a passing truck full of criminals, a grenade is hurled his way on this cover from "The Devil Came From Kansas!" Ink over graphite on Marvel cover stock Bristol board with an image area of 9.75" x 15". The corner box, logo, and UPC box are all stat paste-ups. Slight toning, stat logo/header paste-ups, staple holes in the margins, tape adhesive staining on the top edge, whiteout corrections, with graphite smudging and light handling wear. Signed by Janson in the bottom right image area and a sign-off from Marvel's Editor-in-Chief, Jim Shooter, in the bottom margin. In Very Good condition.
