Fantastic Four #12 (Marvel, 1963) CGC NM- 9.2 Off-white to white pages. It's the Fantastic Four vs. the Hulk (in their first encounter). Jack Kirby provided the cover and interior art for the Hulk's first crossover, which is tied with Amazing Spider-Man #1 as the first Marvel crossover ever. Rick Jones and Thunderbolt Ross appearances. Currently tied at #37 on Overstreet's list of Top 50 Silver Age Comics. Overstreet 2022 NM- 9.2 value = $15,500.
