Adam Hughes - X-Wing Pilot Princess Leia Star Wars Illustration Original Art (undated). While Princess Leia was portrayed as a highly capable leader throughout the original Star Wars trilogy, we never saw her take the cockpit of an X-Wing fighter. Thanks to this incredible illustration by legendary Wonder Woman artist Adam Hughes, we no longer have to wonder what the fearless rebel would look like wearing the Rebel Alliance's iconic orange pilot suit. Armed with her signature blaster and holding one of the series' most famous helmets, this artwork is rendered in ink, grey tone marker, and white paint over graphite on sketch paper, with an image area of 11" x 13.75". The top edge is perforated from sketchbook removal, with minor handling wear. Signed "AH!" at the bottom right, and in Excellent condition.Auction Info
