Description

John Romita Sr., Don Heck, and Mike Esposito Amazing Spider-Man #59 Story Page 19 Original Art (Marvel, 1968). Four great big panels, and Mary Jane Watson all over this page, wearing her groovy mirrored Go-Go dress! Those large panels are a great throwback to the Jack Kirby/Steve Ditko days of Marvel's early 1960s, while the art-team gives it that swinging late 1960s feel! And what a team it is... Romita Sr. provided breakdowns for Heck to pencil and Esposito (as Mickey Demeo) to ink. Rendered in ink over graphite and blue pencil on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". The toned page has production oil stains in Panels 1 and 2, and the board is production hole-punched in the top and bottom margins. In Very Good condition.
