Howard Chaykin American Flagg #14 Cover Original Art (First, 1984). A tank has burst into the courtroom to protest a verdict thought to be too lenient, and it's up to Reuben Flagg to uphold justice. This cover has been in a personal collection since the 1980s, and we're thrilled to offer it to you now! Howard Chaykin's ground-breaking American Flagg series was exploring the boundaries of the medium a few years before Watchmen, and did not get nearly enough credit for it. Rendered in ink and white paint over graphite on Duotone board with an image area of 11" x 16", framed and matted to an overall size of 16" x 21.5".
