Description
Mary Marvel Comics #1 (Fawcett Publications, 1945) CGC NM 9.4 White pages. After starring in Wow Comics, Mary Marvel earned her own title, and not only did she have Captain Marvel introduce her on the cover, she got her very own arch enemy in Georgia Sivana (daughter of Dr. Sivana), whose first appearance and origin are also featured. The cover art is by Jack Binder. Only two other copies of this issue have been graded higher by CGC to date. Overstreet 2012 NM- 9.2 value = $2,500. CGC census 7/12: 2 in 9.4, 2 higher.
