Description
Charles Schulz Peanuts Sunday Comic Strip Original Art dated 12-30-62 (United Feature Syndicate, 1962). Those cold nights sleeping on top of the doghouse require some special help for Snoopy, courtesy of Charlie Brown and Lucy, in this year-end Sunday. It's nice to see fussbudget Lucy actually being helpful for a change! The black backgrounds on four of the panels gives this strip a powerful image, even without the color added in the printed version. The art has an image area of approximately 22.5" x 15.25"; the bristol artboard was trimmed along the outer borders and mounted to a piece of heavy illustration board; there is also some yellowing and tape stains in the corners.
