Description

Howard Porter and John Dell JLA #16 Double Splash Page 5-6 Original Art (DC, 1998). Issues that feature changes in a team's roster have always been big with fans. The cover announced The New Lineup for the JLA in a Grant Morrison written story titled "Camelot". This two-page spread is where Superman (then blue and sparky) introduced us to the new incarnation of the team. Old stalwarts such as Wonder Woman, Superman, and Aquaman were present, as well as the Flash (Wally West), Green Lantern (Kyle Rayner), and newbies Plastic Man, Huntress, Steel, and Zauriel. The art is produced in ink over graphite on two conjoined pieces of bright white DC Bristol board with a combined image area of 20" x 15.25". The pages are affixed to a larger illustration board. In Excellent condition.
