Description

George Herriman Family Upstairs - Krazy Kat Basement Daily Comic Strip Original Art (King Features Syndicate, c. 1911). Ignatz decides to "throw a 33 degree scare" into Krazy Kat, but takes a fall instead, in this companion piece to a Family Upstairs daily. Herriman slowly introduced his classic cat and mouse characters in this earlier strip, first as tiny drawings near the bottom edge of each panel, and eventually as a separate strip that ran underneath. This piece has an image size of 27" x 3", and is in Good condition.
