Witches Tales #25 File Copy (Harvey, 1954) CGC VF/NM 9.0 Cream to off-white pages. The gruesome decapitation cover, from near the end of the title's run, is by Howard Nostrand, and is the reason for such collector interest in the issue. Nostrand and Bob Powell interior art.
