Sam Kieth Inside Comics #2 Wolverine and Venom Cover Original Art (Double Barrel, 1992). Wolverine and Venom -- two of Marvel's deadliest characters are face-to-face on this cover created for a comics industry fanzine. Kieth provides this epic image as a preview of the upcoming "Claws and Webs" storyline, that was included in Marvel Comics Presents. The jaw-dropping covers fronted the six-part tale (Issues #117-122), but this cover tops them all, as we get an intense close-up view of fan-favorites. Kieth doesn't hold back on the stylized detail created in ink over blue pencil on Marvel cover stock Bristol board with an image area of 9.75" x 15". The board is adhered to another board.
