Description

Ramona Fradon and Bob Smith Plastic Man #16 Cover Original Art (DC, 1977). Hey Kool-aid! Wait, that's Kolonel Kool busting through that brick wall! Ramona Fradon began working almost exclusively for DC Comics in 1951 and worked steadily for them for 15 years before taking a break and returning in 1972. Her gorgeous pencils graced characters such as Aquaman, the Super Friends, and Metamorpho (whom she co-created). This fun cover is produced in ink over graphite on paper with an image area of 10" x 15". The logo and DC bullet are replacement paste-up. There is some slight tanning with minor discolorations in the lower image area, along with minor corner damage to the bottom right corner margin. Overall in Very Good condition.
