Description
The 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo "Ship of Ghouls" Scooby-Doo and Shaggy Original Production Cel (Hanna-Barbera, 1985). "You know Scoob, your nerves are starting to get on my nerves." The scared cat duo, Scooby-Doo and Shaggy crash into each other as Scoob unleashes a powerful sneeze, sending them both flying nearly off the cruise ship in this hand-painted cel. Originally aired 40 years ago on 10/12/1985, Scooby and the gang are on their way to a restful vacation on a cruise ship but are unaware that the passengers are ghosts! The Scooby gang end up catching only twelve ghosts out of thirteen and didn't have a real ending until 2019 when a sequel was made called Scooby-Doo! and the Curse of the 13th Ghost where the gang face off against Asmodeus - the last of the thirteen ghosts. The combined character image of Scooby-Doo and Shaggy measures at 7.5" x 4.25' and is displayed over a print background for presentation purposes. The cel image can be seen at 5:49 timestamp of the episode and bears a Hanna-Barbera seal in the lower left corner. The overall condition is Fine with light handling wear and edge wear.Auction Info
