The origin and first appearances of Blue Bolt (by Joe Simon), Dick Cole, Sub-Zero Man, White Rider and his Super Horse, Wonder Boy, and Sgt. Spook all lie beneath this Joe Simon cover. Paul Gustavson provided story and art for the issue. It's been several years since we've seen a copy of issue #1. Overstreet 2018 FN 6.0 value = $1,182; VF 8.0 value = $2,758.
