Description
Eerie Adventures #1 (Ziff-Davis, 1951) CGC VF/NM 9.0 Cream to off-white pages. This only issue of the title has a painted bondage cover that pits beauty against death. Mentioned in Seduction of the Innocent, the issue contains "Vampires of Venus" and "The Grim Reaper" stories, and Bob Powell art. Bernie Krigstein drew the colorful and "Eerie" back cover for the book. The highest-graded copy we had seen prior to this was a FN/VF 7.0, so you'd better get bidding! Overstreet 2021 VF/NM 9.0 value = $1,093; NM- 9.2 value = $1,550. CGC census 11/21: 3 in 9.0, 2 higher. From the Black Cat Collection.CGC Grader Notes:
