Description
All Winners Comics #2 (Timely, 1941) CGC VF 8.0 Cream to off-white pages. A stunning copy of the all-important second issue of the title in which the Destroyer and the Whizzer begin runs. A jam-packed book, it has appearances by the likes of the Human Torch and Toro, Captain America and Bucky, the Sub-Mariner, and that nutsy Nazi, Hitler, who no doubt takes it on the chin! Jack Binder did the cover and some interior art, and Joe Simon and Jack Kirby did art on the Captain America story. Paul Reinman and Carl Burgos also contributed a story and art. A young Stan Lee wrote a couple of stories for the book too. Overstreet 2019 VF 8.0 value = $4,541. CGC census 8/19: 3 in 8.0, 5 higher.CGC Grader Notes:
