Police Comics #12 Mile High pedigree (Quality, 1942) CGC NM 9.4 White pages. Making just his second appearance in Police Comics (and in any comic for that matter!), the Spirit introduced his pal Ebony in this early issue, in a reprinted Will Eisner story. Jack Cole, Al Bryant, Arthur Peddy, and Fred Guardineer supplied art on the backup stories while Gill Fox drew the Plastic Man cover. Other backup features include Manhunter, Chic Carter, and the Human Bomb.
