Pep Comics #23 (MLJ, 1942) CGC GD 2.0 Slightly brittle pages. Third appearance of Archie Andrews, and the first time we've ever offered a copy of this issue. Statue of Liberty cover by Irv Novick. Bob Montana art. CGC notes, "1 piece of tape on cover." Overstreet 2012 GD 2.0 value = $400. CGC census 11/12: 1 in 2.0, 6 higher.
