The origin and first appearance of Hip Knox the Super Hypnotist, with appearances by Mitey Powers, Buzz Allen, the Invisible Avenger, and Little Nemo, who all begin runs in this issue. The Frank R. Paul sci-fi cover is considered to be "classic". Overstreet notes this book as "scarce". Overstreet 2017 FN 6.0 value = $2,595; VF 8.0 value = $6,315.
