Pep Comics #23 (MLJ, 1942) CGC GD 2.0 Off-white to white pages. The second appearance of that loveable Archie Andrews! Just the second copy we have ever offered. The Statue of Liberty/Swastika cover by Irv Novick is a true sight to behold. Bears a store stamp on the front cover. Bob Montana art. CGC notes, "Cover detached." Overstreet 2016 GD 2.0 value = $1,500. CGC census 2/17: 2 in 2.0, 9 higher.
