Showcase #45 Sgt. Rock - Savannah pedigree (DC, 1963) CGC NM+ 9.6 Off-white to white pages. Super nice copy of an issue even more scarce in high grade than #43 (see previous lot!). The origin of Sgt. Rock is retold. Russ Heath did the cover, with Joe Kubert handling the story art. Overstreet 2010 NM- 9.2 value = $775. CGC census 1/11: 1 in 9.6, none higher.CGC Grader Notes:
