Description
Neal Adams Green Lantern #76 Story Page 4 Original Art (DC, 1970). Page 4 from the Denny O'Neil-penned landmark story "No Evil Shall Escape My Sight!" It features Green Lantern with a slum lord, as Green Arrow is about to give GL a bit of a tour. This is the very page where their "Hard Traveling Heroes" saga starts, and it is one of the major sign posts on DC's journey from the Silver Age to the Bronze. Neal Adams had previously revamped Green Arrow's look and outlook, and this issue was the fruition of Oliver's enlightenment. It was the dawn of DC's Bronze Age and the beginning of their age of "Relevance". This page was crafted in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". There is a touch of glue residue in the first two panels, and overall toning. In otherwise Excellent condition.
