Fantastic Comics #5 San Francisco Pedigree (Fox, 1940) CGC VF+ 8.5 Off-white to white pages. This is the highest-graded of only six unrestored copies certified by CGC to date, and the only one graded above 6.0. Lou Fine's Samson cover for this issue is unforgettable. Fletcher Hanks, Alex Blum, Don Rico, and George Tuska all provided interior art. Overstreet 2015 VF 8.0 value = $2,070; VF/NM 9.0 value = $3,635.
