This Bethlehem copy of the first appearances of Gorilla Grodd and the Pied Piper has only one book above it on CGC's current census for the issue, making this a much-in-demand copy! Overstreet lists the comic as "scarce", and prior to this extraordinary book, we had never seen a copy of issue #106, just the second issue of the series, with a grade higher than VF/NM 9.0! The story is part one of the Gorilla Grodd trilogy. Carmine Infantino provided the cover and art for the fan-favorite issue. Overstreet 2022 NM- 9.2 value = $9,900.
