Currently #6 on Overstreet's list of the ten most valuable comic books, this issue has the first appearances of both the Joker and Catwoman! Bob Kane and Jerry Robinson are credited with the art for this now-famous cover. CGC notes, "Restoration includes: color touch, pieces added, tear seals, cover cleaned, reinforced." Overstreet 2008 GD 2.0 value = $8,200; VG 4.0 value = $16,400.
