Description
The Great Mouse Detective Olivia and Fidget Pan-Size Animation Drawing Group of 3 (Walt Disney, 1986). "Stop! Let me go! You ugly old thing!" Ratigan's right-hand man, Fidget, is almost as maniacal as he is. He aggressively drags Olivia Flaversham across the floor to the bottle Ratigan will be keeping her in, smiling all the while. These wonderful pan-sized 20.25'' x 12.5'' 5-peghole animation drawings were created for the moment at about the 35:58 mark. The full figures are rendered in graphite with color pencil and capture the little details of the scene, following Fidget's range of motion as he starts to throw her into the bottle. The two figures range from approximately 3.25'' x 3.25'' to 5.5'' x 2.75''. They are numbered 11, 3, and 35 in the lower right corner with a timing chart on the second page. Very Good condition overall for these two characters with light age-related toning and minor edge and handling wear.Auction Info
