Hunter x Hunter "Skateboard × Apprentice × Honesty" Canary Production Cel and Animation Drawing (Nippon Animation, c. 1999-2001). "Please give up already... It's useless. You see that, don't you?!" Loyal, nearly to a fault, Canary defends the path to the Zoldyck estate from Gon and his companions in this poignant original production cel and matching animation drawing from the Hunter x Hunter episode "Skateboard × Apprentice × Honesty". An apprentice butler dressed in the standard Zoldyck butler suit, Canary doesn't hesitate to attack trespassers. She can be seen defending her post against Gon, Leorio, and Kurapika near the 15:06 mark of the episode. Looking shocked at Gon's refusal to yield, Canary has been hand-painted to a stunning 10.25" x 8", pleasingly centered on the 12 field cel. Accompanied by its matching original animation drawings rendered in graphite and color pencil on 12 field animation paper, both the cel and the drawings display the production code A1 in the upper right, indicating this was the very first frame in the sequence. Minor handling and edge wear is present including light surface scuffing/debris, overall Very Good Condition.
