Description

Two-Gun Mickey Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse Animation Drawing Signed by Frank Thomas and Ollie Johnston(Walt Disney, 1934). "How about a little kiss, stranger?" Mickey asks Minnie after rescuing her from the conniving Peg-Leg Pete. Mickey and Minnie find themselves in the wild west in this Ben Sharpsteen-directed animation, becoming a sharpshooting cowboy and independent cowgirl. Two-Gun Mickey is often considered to be one of the mouse's greatest shorts and this 12-field drawing captures the two at their best. The drawing can be found near the end of the short at about 9:01 shortly after Minnie pulls Mickey into a kiss, celebrating their victory. This amazing drawing was also signed by Disney Legends and two of Disney's "Nine Old Men" Frank Thomas (1912 - 2004) and Ollie Johnston (1912 - 2008), making it even more special. This adorable couple measures roughly 4.5'' x 4.25'' combined in a 10.25'' x 8.25'' mat window. They are presented in a 16'' x 14'' Plexiglas frame. All frames are sold as-is. Photos are not representative of actual frame condition. Light handling wear, some age-related toning, and faint superficial wrinkles. Very Good condition.
