Mulan Mulan, Mushu, Cri-Kee, and Khan Storyboard Group of 6 (Walt Disney, 1998). "Uh, home is that way." "I have to do something." "Did you see those Huns? They popped out of the snow... like daisies!" Presented is a magnificent set of original storyboard/concept drawings created during the development of the Disney Renaissance classic Mulan. These masterful drawings are rendered in rich detail and texture in graphite on sheets of 16 field animation paper (the smaller drawings are five smaller sheets mounted to animation paper). They were created for the moments seen at the 1:05:26 and 1:05:35 marks of the film, as the remaining enemy Huns make their way to the city with Mulan in pursuit. These drawings offer stunning alternate treatments of the scene, measuring 5.5" x 3" with the larger image measuring 12.75" x 5.25". They show minor handling and edge wear from normal studio use with age-related toning. The set of five drawings is numbered SEQ16 and SC13, and the large single drawing bears production notes in the lower right corner. The condition is Very Good.Auction Info
