June Foray's Collection of Jay Ward Toys, Puzzles, DVDs and More Box Lot) (Jay Ward and others, c. 1980s-2000s). June Foray was a voice artist for many animation studios, including Walt Disney, Warner Brothers, Walter Lantz, Hanna-Barbera, MGM, and Rankin/Bass, as well as on comedy recordings for Stan Freberg, and on non-animated television programs like The Twilight Zone. However, she'll forever be remembered as Jay Ward's sole female voice. She was the voice for Rocky the Flying Squirrel, Natasha Fatale, Nell Fenwick, and just about every female character on Fractured Fairy Tales. June loved to collect items featuring the characters from shows she worked on, and her many friends and fans loved to gift her with such items as you'll find in this treasure trove box lot. There are small (7.5" to 10" tall) stuffed plush toys with store tags of Bullwinkle, Boris, Natasha, Nell, Dudley Do-Right, and a larger plush Rocky on Skis that's about 13" tall. There are "bendy" soft plastic toys featuring Bullwinkle, two versions of Rocky, and carded bendy keychain toys for both Rocky (2) and Bullwinkle (June has hand-signed the backing cards) plus a carded Natasha, and one larger Bullwinkle bendy on card. There's also a Macy's promo die-cut card with a small Rocky. Other toy-related items include a pair of Natasha sunglasses and a Bullwinkle mini chalk board, both still in the original packaging; nine pinback button badges of Rocky (3), Bullwinkle (2), Natasha (4), and Horse (1) with all but one Natasha on a store card; and a boxed "limited edition" (but unnumbered) set from The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle. There's a boxed Dudley Do-Right jigsaw puzzle, four rubber stamps (all used), and a ceramic garlic grater with Natasha on the flat side. Someone made June custom "3D" dioramas with black-painted wood and printed images on a small base of Boris and Natasha (base has come loose) and Dudley Do-Right with Nell and Horse. There are two sealed copies of Rocky and Bullwinkle and Friends Season 2 DVDs. And finally, what we think is the coolest of all, a set of two white embroidered towels, one that reads "June Foray is Natasha" and one with "June Foray is Jokey Smurf with neatly embroidered image of each, plus a small birthday card (towels have not been used). Wow! Conditions are mostly Very Good with minor handling but there are some Mint in Package items.From the June Foray Archives.
