Description
Bullwinkle Minnesota Lottery Commercial Production Cel (Bob Kurtz and Friends/Jay Ward, 1996). The most famous citizen from Frostbite Falls, Minnesota steps out to make a pitch for the state's lottery in this original hand-inked, hand-painted production cel. The commercials were produced by Bob Kurtz of the famous Kurtz and Friends animation studio, and here's a super image of Bullwinkle from one of the spots, with a large image size of approximately 8.25" x 8.75". The cel is matted with a background print from the commercial for presentation purposes; the mat opening is approximately 11.75" x 9" with an overall size of 22.75" x 22". Surrounding the cel are five inserts in the mat with photocopy prints of the original Minnesota Lottery tickets using Bullwinkle's image. It all makes for one heck of a display for any Bullwinkle fan - especially if you live in Minnesota!
