Georges Jeanty and Dexter Vines Buffy The Vampire Slayer Season Eight #16 Cover Original Art (Dark Horse, 2008). Incredible original cover art featuring four iconic female characters from Buffy The Vampire Slayer, including the titular Buffy and Willow, Kennedy, and Vi! Joss Whedon's Buffy The Vampire Slayer was groundbreaking for women in science fiction/horror by featuring a core cast of powerful female characters, including the out and proud lesbian Willow, considered the most powerful witch on earth. Later, in the Dark Horse Comics continuation of the TV series, Buffy herself was depicted pushing the boundaries of her sexuality on multiple occasions. Cover was created in ink over graphite and blue pencil on DC Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15.2". Signed by Georges Jeanty. In Excellent condition.
