Superman and the Mole Men One Sheet (Lippert, 1951). George Reeves stars as Superman in Superman and the Mole Men, the first-ever feature length film adapting the DC Comics character. Superman had appeared in serials, cartoons and radio broadcasts before, but George Reeves' incarnation of The Man of Steel is the portrayal most fondly remembered from the time period. Superman and the Mole Men, an entertaining movie on its own, also served as the impetus for the television series The Adventure of Superman which lasted for six seasons and helped make Superman a household name. This incredible one sheet measures approximately 27" x 41", is matted and is glass front-framed to 30.75" x 45.5". Poster is slightly toned. Item sold as is. In Excellent condition.Auction Info
