Description
Jim Davis Garfield Consecutive Daily Comic Strip Original Art Group of 6 (United Features Syndicate, 1991). Garfield's love for Jon and Odie can sometimes be best described as "begrudging," as demonstrated in this group of consecutive dailies spanning 5-20 through 5-25-91 (two of the strips are labeled 5-22). Created with ink and shading film over blue pencil on Bristol board with an image area of 14" x 4", the shading film has discolored, and a few of the strips have some whiteout corrections and blue pencil smudging. Overall, the group averages Excellent condition.From the Jim Davis Collection.
