Zip Comics #23 (MLJ, 1942) Condition: VG+. Nazi, World War II cover (by Irv Novick) featuring Steel Sterling and Blackjack. Wilbur and Captain Valor appearances. There is tape on spine at the bottom staple, tape at the staples on the centerfold, the book has been restapled, there is some soiling and staining, and there is a piece missing from the back cover.
