Persona 2: Batsu - Eternal Punishment - VGA 85+ NM+ Sealed [Famitsu Hall of Fame Sticker], PS1 Atlus 2000 JPN. This are only two copies of this variant of Persona 2: Batsu - Eternal Punishment on VGA's November census. This third installment in the Persona series, a subseries of the Megami Tensei franchise, is a role-playing game set in the fictional Japanese city of Sumaru and serves as a direct sequel to Persona 2: Innocent Sin. Jeff Lundrigan of Next Generation praised it as "thought-provoking, deep, and engrossing." It was a runner-up for GameSpot's "Best Role-Playing Game" award, narrowly losing to Chrono Cross. Eternal Punishment's success helped establish the Persona franchise in the West. The series continued with Persona 3 for the PlayStation 2 in 2006, released under the Shin Megami Tensei moniker in regions outside Japan.Auction Info
