Pokémon Raichu #14 Unlimited Base Set CGC Trading Card Game Gem Mint 9.5 (The Pokémon Company, 1999) Rare, Holo. Raichu was a part Gym Leader Lt. Surge's Pokémon team! In episode 14 of the Indigo Series, Electric Shock Showdown, we saw Lt. Surge's Raichu easily defeat our favorite Pokémon duo of Ash and Pikachu. After much consideration Ash and Pikachu both decided to not expose Pikachu to the Thunder Stone so it could evolve to match Raichu's power but came up with a strategy where they would use speed against power and they prevailed. Ash earned his third gym badge, the Thunder Badge! The artwork is done by Ken Sugimori. CGC has awarded this card with the following subgrades: centering 9.5, surface 9.5, corners 9.5, and edges 9.
