Des débuts de réalisateur du légendaire cinéaste d'anime Hayao Miyazaki, il s'agit d'un magnifique cellulo de production original peint à la main mettant en vedette Lana et la scène de l'hydravion de cette série animée de 1978 Conan le fils du futur. Basé sur le roman The Incredible Tide d'Alexander Key, Conan le fils du futur raconte l'histoire de deux jeunes aventuriers dans une version post-apocalyptique de la Terre provoquée par la guerre froide. L'approche de Miyazaki à l'histoire avait une vision beaucoup plus optimiste par rapport au roman de Key ! Cellulo de production peint à la main et son fond de production peints à la main.
