John Romita Jr and Al Williamson Daredevil #280 Cover Original Art (Marvel, 1990). Daredevil is trapped in Mephisto's realm on this chilling cover from the episode "Twilight of the Idol". Truly amazing linework featuring both characters, executed with ink over graphite on Marvel Bristol board with an image area of 9.75" x 15". There is an acetate overlay taped in the top margin, with the Daredevil title stat paste-up. On board stat corner box and bottom cover text paste-ups. Discolored tape residue. Pinholes.
