Robotech: The Macross Saga Super Dimension Fortress Macross Armored Northrom VT-1 Valkyrie Super Ostrich Fighter Mode Model Cel (Studio Nue/Artland, 1982). Macross, or The Super Dimension Fortress Macross, is a Japanese animated Sci-Fi mecha series, created by Studio Nue and Shôji Kawamori in 1982. The series fairly quickly acquired mythical status due to its basis on three elements: mechas with a realistic design designed by Shôji Kawamori called valkyries, a musical atmosphere provided by the songs of a young idol, Lynn Minmay (Mari Iijima), and especially the story mixing space-opera and love triangle. Offered here is an ultra-rare model cel of the model Northrom VT-1 Valkyrie Super Ostrich in Fighter Mode. Image of 8.5" x 11.5". La série a assez rapidement acquis un statut mythique en raison de son principe basé sur trois éléments, des mechas au design réaliste conçu par Shôji Kawamori appelé valkyries, une ambiance musicale assurée par les chansons d'une jeune idole, Lynn Minmay (Mari Iijima) et surtout l'histoire mêlant space-opéra et triangle amoureux.
