Lincoln Peirce, Rick Stromoski, and others - Daily Comic Strips Original Art Group of 5 (c. 1964-2010s). A quirky quintet of comic gems spanning six decades, this lot features Big Nate by Lincoln Peirce (dated 11-14), Soup to Nutz by Rick Stromoski (dated 11-21), Henry by Jack Tippit (dated 11-10-82), Blast Blair by Keith Willingham (dated 8-14-64), and Lola by Todd Clark (dated 8-22). A time-capsule of gag styles, from deadpan to delightfully daffy, served five ways. Ink over graphite and blue pencil on Bristol boards with image areas ranging from 12.5" x 4" to 19.25" x 5.75". The Henry and Blast Blair strips have light toning, smudging, marginal tape and staining, whiteout touch-ups, and handling wear. Three of the strips are personalized in the lower margin. Overall, in Excellent condition.
