Description
Irwin Hasen Dondi Daily Comic Strip Original Art dated 1-10-72 (Chicago Tribune Syndicate, 1972). Hasen's career stretches from the original Green Lantern of the 1940s to the long-running social-tolerance fable of Dondi, a more sentimentalized riposte to Harold Gray's hard-boiled Little Orphan Annie. Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 16.25" x 5". Slight toning, some warping/rippling, edge and corner wear, with whiteout corrections.
