Jack Kent King Aroo Daily Comic Strip Original Art dated 9-12-62 (McClure Syndicate, 1962). Kent's King Aroo, was rich in the same offbeat playfulness that one finds in George Herriman's Krazy Kat and Crockett Johnson's Barnaby. Ink over graphite on Bristol board.
